Brain Breaks In-Person

Need a break from exam prep? Take a moment to refresh your mind with brain teasers designed to help you unwind, refocus, and reconnect.

What is Brain Breaks about?
This drop‑in wellbeing activity invites students to relax in the library with colouring‑in sheets, sudoku challenges, find‑a‑words, and quick puzzles. It’s a gentle way to reset your mind during study sessions and enjoy a bit of creativity and play.

What to expect:
A self‑paced activity, allowing you to choose whichever activity helps you recharge. Colouring for calm, puzzles for focus, or word games for fun. Whether you come alone or with friends, you’ll find a friendly environment designed to spark curiosity and connection.

Learning objectives:
Experience an inclusive, inviting space that nurtures connection and belonging.
Engage in creative and cognitive tasks that support wellbeing, focus, and mental refreshment.
